1940's Lucite Lilly Bag

These vintage 1940's and 1950's lucite lunch box style bags are now very collectable, this one is lovely, in butterscotch bakelite / lucite with a really sweet shape to the handle. The label inside reads: Lilly Originals, New York. Measurements: 7 ins / 18cm wide by 3 ins 7.5 cm high, 3 1/2 ins / 9 cm across. The handle is 6 ins / 15.2 cm The condition is good, very usable still, it has got a little bent out of shape and the metal work is slightly green (this could be polished).
