How to order
How To Order and Shipping Information
- Click the ‘order now’ button next to the item you want and the item will go into your basket
- You will then have the option to ‘keep shopping’ or ‘empty basket’.
- If you want to ‘keep shopping’ you can click your basket any time whilst browsing the website to manage your items.
- If you have finished shopping fill out the short and easy form (below your basket information) with your name, address, postcode, email address, phone number and any message (check you have filled in all the required fields).
- Then click the ‘submit order’ button.
- I will then confirm your order via email and send a paypal invoice, which you can pay via your paypal account or credit card online or (UK residents only) you can send me a cheque in the post.
- Once your payment has cleared I will email you to let you know your goods are on their way to you.
When you have clicked the ‘Order Now’ button on the item you want it will show as ‘On Hold’ so that no one else will be able to select it. Once your order has been submitted, your payment has cleared and the item has been posted it will show as ‘Sold’ and you will receive an email to let you know that your goods are on their way to you.
If an item has been on hold but the order form has not been submitted and/or I have not received an email about the item within 24 hours then it will be taken off hold and relisted.
Thank you for visiting my shop, please do let me know if you have had any difficulties using the website and I will get it fixed.
Condition of Items
As with most vintage goods it is expected that there will be some signs of wear. I will always endeavour to point out any flaws or very obvious signs of wear. Part of the charm of vintage is that it has history and is unique. Items are therefore sold on a ‘sold as seen’ basis. If you would like to know more about the condition of an item before you make a purchase then please email me and I will be happy to discuss it with you.
Condition Guide:
Excellent: Worn either once or twice only or extremely well cared for and therefore has little or no signs of wear.
Very Good: Worn with minimal notable flaws.
Good: Possibly numerous noted flaws, needs repair.
Poor: Not fit for wear, design, display or study piece.
