A lovely 1930s leather gladstone kit bag by Finnigans of Manchester. The initial S is embossed on the front. It has heavy duty brass fittings with leather straps and handles, all in excellent condition. There is a repair at one end which is very sturdy and strong, this repair is edged with brass studs making it solid. The bag has a beautiful cream cotton lining with a pouch either side which carrys the Finnagans stamp. On the underside you will find six domes of solice to protect the bag while standing.
The bag measures 26 inches in length 12 inches wide and 15 inches high when closed .
