The prettiest 1940s printed dress in pure silk. The background is a minty light green and cream with a swirly black pattern and orange and bluelarger pattern over the top. The silk is divine and the slightly elastic gathered waist with belt gives this dress the perfect 40s silhouette. Lovely pearl buttons (just for show) this dress is to be slipped over the head as there is no zip / fastenings. There are shoulder pads that are a bit squashed with age and these could easily be removed. This is another dress for both day and evening, accessorize with silver flip flops and a biker jacket to modernise the look or little cardigan and lace up high heels or sandals for timeless chic.
Condition: Good (notes: missing top pearl button but not
noticeable as under collar) some small and faint orange marks due
to print movement & tiny stain on shoulder, some tiny pulls on skirt and 3
very small holes on front of skirt area, all totally unnoticeable due
to busy print.
