1930s Couture Ceil Chapman Crepe Dress

Absolutely beautiful couture from Ceil Chapman, 1930s / early 40s, old label. This is such a rare piece, - the USA, in silk crepe cut on the bias. Full length with incredible ruching on the bust. The condition is very good - excellent, one small mend in the ruching which is impossible to see when worn.
