Orders, Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed an order your item(s) will be with you within 3 - 5 working days if in the UK, and within 5 - 10 days if ordering from outside the UK. If you do not have a paypal account and would like to pay over the phone via credit card or via cheque by post please do contact us with the details of the item you would like to order so we can arrange payment for you. Also do contact us if you would like further information on an item, either the condition, request more images or ask for more detailed measurements.
POSTAGE IS FREE WITHIN THE UK (not including orders of large leather bags or luggage)
We can ship to almost anywhere in the world.
Depending on the weight and size of your item European / Worldwide postage is usually £10.00 (plus £2.50 for each additional item). This does not include large bags or luggage, for these orders we get individual quotes from our couriers.
Items will be posted out the same or next day once payment has cleared.
If you need your item urgently please let us know so we can arrange for faster delivery.
All items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Recorded within the UK and International Signed For / Airsure or via Flight Logistics Courier in Europe and Worldwide.
Although we are sure all international buyers are aware of this, you may incur customs charges in your countries and this is entirely the buyer's responsibility, do contact us if you have any queries to discuss.
Returns are accepted on all items. If you are concerned that an item will not fit please email us before ordering to discuss options and confirm measurements. If an item has been worn / used or the tags removed it will be sent back and no refund given.
If you do wish to arrange a return, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your item via telephone or email and return the item to us within 7 days. Once we have received the item we will send you a refund for the total amount minus our shipping costs.
The item must be returned to us in the same great condition it arrived in and wrapped in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Please make sure to insure the item (Special Delivery / Courier) to the items full value for return shipping.
Shipping / postage costs are non-refundable.
